Requiescant in Pace is an Italian prog rock collection. I must admit that I was really astonished when I learnt that Italy was a great rock nation, with even a prog rock sub-genre of its own! Not only did they develop their own prog style, but it was also comparable to the British or German ones in terms of quality. The first band I was introduced to was PFM, as probably most of us were. I liked them from the very first listening, so I started exploring their discography. One after another, I met more and more fantastic bands. A couple of years later, I made sure I didn't miss a single album of the genre.
